Cans
Beverage and food cans have coatings on the internal lining. In particular, since the interior surface comes into direct contact with contents containing water and acids that could cause corrosion, cans require high-performance coatings to maintain the quality of contents to be consumed and ensure safety for consumers.
Precoated metals
Precoating is used on metallic building materials such as roofing and siding and on colored sheet metal used in products such as home electronics.
Precoated metals are produced through precoating and baking sheet metal and then forming it. Since it is then cut and formed for various uses, coatings need to provide features such as a high degree of workability.
Rail
Two main categories of railway rolling stock are new and repainted stock. Highly durable coatings are essential for both. Our coatings are used on commuter and sightseeing trains in Japan and on railways around the world as well.
