Structure & System

The President serves as the Chief Health Officer. The Human Resources Department is responsible for promoting health management, which it does in joint efforts with individual sections, the health insurance society, the Health and Safety Committee, and industrial physicians.

Health and Productivity Management

For the Company to achieve sustainable growth, we believe that each and every employee must be able to function actively and healthily, realizing their complete potential. With this in mind, the Group has established the Kansai Paint Health and Productivity Management Declaration. As a result of our organizational health promotion measures, on March 8, 2023, we were certified as a 2023 Excellent Health and Productivity Management Organization under the 2023 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program, sponsored by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Nippon Kenko Kaigi. Going forward, we will continue to encourage diverse work styles, promote health and welfare, and improve employee safety by improving the working environment and occupational health and safety.
