Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd., India and Managing Director, Mr. Anuj  Jain have mutually agreed that Mr. Jain will take early retirement  from the services of the Company  at the end of the Financial year ending 31^st March 2025.

The Company places on record the contribution of Mr. Anuj Jain for 35 long years in various capacities across geographies. He has led the Company from the front as Managing Director & CEO for the last three years and contributed significantly to the progress of the Company.

Mr. H Nishibayashi, Board member affirmed the outstanding leadership shown by Mr. Jain during a very challenging environment during the last three years.

The entire Board expressed their gratitude towards Mr. Jain. 

Mr. Anuj Jain expressed gratitude to the Board for believing in him and giving him the charge of the Company and that he is very fortunate to work for a very long period with the Company and could contribute to the growth of the Company. 

He will be available to the Company for a smooth transition to the new leadership  and for any advice when required.

The Board has decided to appoint Mr. Pravin Chaudhari as the Managing Director of the Company effective from 1^st April 2025.  Mr. Chaudhari is currently a nominee of Kansai Paint Japan on the Board of Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd. He is also designated as Head  of India Operations. Mr. Chaudhari had a long stint with Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd.  since 1993 and held various positions, including as Executive Director during the period from 2008 to 2018. He brings vast experience in various domains.

The Board wishes him the very best in his new assignment.
