Initiatives

Kansai Paint Co., Ltd.

The health management system in Japan is used for the centralized management of the results of routine employee health checkups. We’re working this fiscal year to make it possible for all employees to review their own health checkup results on the Web by establishing a dedicated page for employees. Other efforts to improve physical and mental health include support from external personal training gyms tailored to employee health checkup results (in cooperation with the health insurance society), establishing multiple external hotlines for mental healthcare, and developing environments that make it easy for employees to consult about health concerns.
